On the positive side, the room is actually a triple with an extra bed. Service was good, especially with helpful tips on using the 'it Taxi' app for cabs. The location is convenient near Termini station, though the area seemed rundown and unsafe at night. Dining was just okay, with limited food in plastic ware.

The location was not ideal as the area seemed rundown, especially after 7 pm, with safety concerns and a lot of homeless people around. The dining options were minimal, with mostly custard-filled croissants and cakes. Overall, a mixed experience with some highlights and drawbacks.
